MDM Project


Hillsides is a residential center that provides specialized care to vulnerable youth. Their mission is both compassionate and bold. My time at Hillsides was unfortunately short due to COVID-19, but my experience there was warm and comforting.

As an IT Support Specialist I led a project to distribute, configure and administrate 500+ iPhones to all staff. I automated procurement of our devices through Apples Business Manager.

I managed and delivered devices across several company sites around the greater Los Angeles area, providing on-site support. Further automating our processes I configured automatic patching, app deployments, and device management via our MDM.

I documented short how-to videos for staff in a centralized knowledge base and automated incidents to route to our KB based on keywords. This helped reduce support tickets for our helpdesk as well as improve adoption of our new devices.

Experience

Over 5 years of experience automating operations. Im focused on process optimization, reliable service delivery, and continuous improvement. I look at problems from a systems mindset and integrate tools that work with the system at scale rather than against it.
